What Is the MeriPehchaan NSSO Portal?
MeriPehchaan is India’s National Single Sign-On platform. It gives you access to participating government websites and online services with one login, so you do not need a separate login for each service. It brings together Jan Parichay, DigiLocker and e-Pramaan as identity providers.
Do You Need MeriPehchaan Login for JEE Main 2027?
The JEE Main 2027 Information Bulletin (page 8) says application form registration has been enabled through MeriPehchaan, the single sign-on service of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, “for the convenience of the applicants”. If you create a MeriPehchaan account, the bulletin (page 7) says you register with your name, date of birth and mobile number, and can complete verification through eKYC using Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence or APAAR.
The JEE Main system gives you an application number, and you create a password during registration. As per the bulletin, you use the application number for Session 1, Session 2 and all later communication.
